Preparing your stay
How to get to your campsite
When you receive your booking voucher, it will contain the address of your vacation village. You can also find this information in the “Practical information” section => “Contact us”.
Your arrival / departure
- Arrival: between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Please present your booking voucher at the campsite reception desk. In the event of late arrival after 7.00 pm, please notify the campsite concerned on the telephone number shown on the booking form.
- Departure: between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.
We ask you to vacate the property and return the keys before 10.00 am. Once this time limit has passed, a supplement will be charged.
What documents do you need to prepare for your arrival?
- Don’t forget to bring your paper or photo reservation form, which will be sent to you by e-mail when you make your reservation.
- A deposit in the form of a bank imprint will be required on arrival to cover any damage to property and any failure to clean up at the end of your stay.
- If you haven’t taken the bed linen and towels option, don’t forget to bring your own.
Welcome drink every Sunday at 7.30pm in July and August
Every Sunday, our team invites you to a welcome drink to introduce you to the campsite, the staff and the region.
How to get to the campsite
- Access to the campsite requires presentation of a wristband.
- Each campsite is equipped with lifting gates for vehicles.
- Parking: your vehicle must be parked on your campsite pitch. Additional vehicles must be reported to reception to obtain a parking permit.
- Between 11:30 pm and 7:00 am your vehicle must be parked in the outdoor parking lot.
- In July and August, our campsites are secured by night guards from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Are you bringing a baby?
Our Sun Marina campsites offer baby kits* to make life easier during your stay in a mobile home. Our baby kits include: a high chair, a bathtub and a bed. Remember to add this option when booking online or by phone.

Don’t forget your household linen, which is not provided (sheets, bath and beach towels, tea towels, bath mats) unless you have purchased the Sheets & Towels Kit option.
